Established in 1985 by Nigel Boone, we have over the years gained exceptional expertise in the commercial property maintenance business and have many long standing clients, including several well-known international fashion and jewellery brands. Geographically, although based in the south-east, our services cover the whole of the United Kingdom.
Health and safety is vitally important to us, as we know it is to you, and as such you can be rest assured all of our works are carried out by appropriately trained operatives and in a safe manner which meets all current H&S requirements. All work is covered by our £10,000,000 employers and public liability insurance cover.

Maintenance Services
Our service doesn’t end there. We are experts in the reactive maintenance field and understand that when your premises has an issue it needs to be sorted quickly. We are flexible in our approach to meeting your needs and are happy to arrange early morning / evening visits and weekend attendances if needed. In the retail area we are approved contractors at most of the major shopping centres around the UK and can deal with obtaining the required permits and access on your behalf.
